Rooms with breakfast

 

Prices are per person per day in a room with balcony/terrace, including breakfast for stays of at least 4 nights.

Surcharges apply for stays of less than 4 nights.

Surcharges apply for double rooms occupied by fewer than 2 people.

In addition to the above prices, a local tax of €2 per person per night is charged. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.

We offer the best deal for your children!

You are welcome to book room categories, but we ask for your understanding that room numbers cannot be reserved.

Vacation Apartments

 

The prices for the holiday apartments are per day and for 2 people. We charge 13 € per day for each additional person.
Surcharges apply for short stays.

In addition to the prices listed above, a local tax of 2 € per person per night (for guests aged 14 and over) will be charged.
The minimum stay is three nights from November to March, excluding public holidays.
A final cleaning fee of 45 € will be charged separately.

Start your day off right: Our lovingly prepared breakfast can be added to your booking for individual days or your entire stay.
Children up to 2 years old eat breakfast free of charge.

Free travel on all public transport in South Tyrol

Leave your car at home and use the following free of charge: regional trains (Brenner, Trento, Mals, San Candido), local buses, cable cars to Ritten, San Genesio, Maranza, Meltina, Kohlern, and Völan, the Ritten tram and the Mendola funicular, as well as the Swiss PostAuto service between Mals and Müstair.

Travel Insurance Coverage / Cancellation Conditions for Direct Bookings

There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
You can cancel free of charge up to 12 weeks before arrival. 12 to 3 weeks before arrival: 30% of the travel price. 3 to 1 week before arrival: 70%; for cancellations within the last week before arrival: 100%; for early departure or delayed arrival: 100%.
